Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

Get to Know Me

I view psychotherapy as a relational experience; one that facilitates emotional and behavioral growth and supports a deep, connected relationship between therapist and client. I strive to help clients develop coping skills to reach their desired goals, as well as gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I understand that each client is unique, and approach each session with compassion, support and guidance to help facilitate change. 

 I utilize a psychodynamic approach with my clients, while also drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoanalytic frameworks. I work with my clients to gain self-awareness as well as the understanding of the influence of the past on present behaviors and emotions. I have worked with adolescents and adults of all ages in clinic, school, hospital, and corporate settings in areas of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, workplace conflicts, chronic illness and life transitions.  

 I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Family Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. I also have training from the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and the NY Center for Counseling and Guidance Services along with a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from New York University.  

 I look forward to working together to help you achieve your goals!

Individual Psychotherapy 

In individual therapy, I offer a safe and private space where you can openly explore any challenges you're facing, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions. Together, we will work at your pace to understand your thoughts and feelings, develop practical coping skills, and set achievable goals to help you create meaningful change in your life. My approach is tailored to you, providing the tools and support you need to move forward with confidence and clarity.

Through clinical supervision I aim to provide a supportive and enriching environment for professionals seeking to enhance their skills. Together, we will explore your goals, address challenges, and foster personal growth. My goal is to empower you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself in your practice.
